Born & raised in LaGrange Indiana, since Wilbur Mullett moved around north central Indiana,
 South Bend Fort Wayne area close to the Michigan border in
what locals call Michiana , currently Wilbur lives in Elkhart about 2 hours east of Chicago , 
Wilbur immediately fell in love with Rock-n-Roll from the first listen and dreamt about
playing in a band
But it wouldn’t be until Wilbur’s teenage years that he made the commitment to play the
guitar & started writing songs it seems
‘It's always been about original music for me’’
Whilst Wilbur also played sports mostly basketball then decided the time had come to
seriously pursue music. Not long after Wilbur met Jeff Sturms through Jeff’s son whom
Wilbur had partnered up with and instantly connected musically with Jeff and the pair
started working together making music and working with other great musicians
Heavily influenced by bands as diverse as Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Guns & Roses, Nine
Inch Nails Devin Towsend and Van Halen, Wilbur began a prolific flurry of songwriting
with Jeff guiding in the production process
This process resulted in a voluminous number of songs but Wilbur picked 10 for his
band Mullett and their two Ep 2025 release schedule to be released this Spring the first
being American Girls and later this Fall
